There was a presentaion by: GAMINI HEMALAL, he is EXECUTIVE CHEF at Four Points By Sheraton - Kitchener. He is Golden Chefs Team Captain to the CANADA CUP 2002 - April. Quebec City Most Medals winning chef at the Salon Culinaire 2000 - TORONTO. He is a member of several International organizations and many achievements too numerous mention.
