Doors opened at 6:00, and everyone was greeted at the door by CFCC President nominee Helena Robertson, and Sergeant at Arms, Steve Taylor.

Some time was set aside for mingling while the plated meal was being prepared.

The seating was spacious, and the dining area was elegant.  There were many chefs in attendance as well as students from the cooking school. 

The first course was Mon Bijou's signature soup, smoked chicken & mushroom, followed by the main course of schnitzel.

A cake was prepared for the celebration of Rudy Denninger's birthday.

Thank you very much to the following people for a delightful evening:  Klaus Milach, Andre Donnet, Martin Brynda, Karl Schmidt,   Gabbi, and Trudy.

Tony Bothelo and Gamini Hamelal, were presented with their well-earned certificates and 14K gold pins in recognition of their hard work in successfully passing the HDSCC hosted CCC course.

Tony had mentioned to all present, a warm and heart felt thank you for all those whom helped him reach this goal of support and help through this process.

Gamini had announced two up coming competitions.

Thank you to the hosts of this evening, Trudy and Karl and staff for a lovely evening at Mon Bijou Dining Room, 503 Brant Street, Burlington.

The Door prize went to Doug Cooper, which was a book donated by Chef Vitesse. and the 50/50 was won by Shane Kennedy.
