Welcome to the Hamilton Chapter of the Canadian Celiac Association.

The Chapter strives to establish a supportive network to help members cope with a gluten free diet, and try to distribute  information regarding sources of gluten free foods.  We try to keep members posted regarding any new research and development relating to Celiac disease through our newsletter and general meetings.  We are also very fortunate to have the assistance and support of medical and nutrition advisors.

We continually work to increase the level of awareness of Celiac Disease in the Community and to promote the aims and objectives of the National Association.

A selection of cook books are available at the Specialty Food Shop in Hamilton.  A video of celiac Disease is also available at most branches
of your local libraries.

We hope you will plan to attend our meetings where we have interesting speakers, food distributors, and time to share  our questions and experiences.  You will receive notice of upcoming meetings and events through our Chapter newsletter and phone committee.

If you have any questions or would like to join our Chapter, You can call our Self Help line at (905) 572 6775, or send an e-mail.  Volunteers are available to speak with you as part of our Anti-Panic Group to help you through the initial period of gluten free living.
