I have found a lovely Lebanese restaurant on University Avenue in Charlottetown,
PEI that is celiac-friendly. The restaurant is called "Shaddy's Mediterranean
Cuisine" and the owner is actually celiac as well so he's VERY aware of what foods
are safe/unsafe. I've been there a few times and you simply need to mention you are celiac
to the server when you sit down and they will cater to you. It's wonderful!! Thanks,
