The LCBO carries a wide range of products that should be gluten-free, such as distilled spirits.  However, this cannot be guaranteed as some gluten "proteins" may pass over through the distillation process or by cross-contamination at the manufacturing/bottling facility. Certainly, spirits derived from a food source other than cereal grain should be acceptable, e.g., rum, brandy/grappa, calvados, fruit spirits, tequila, etc.
